  1. Section 104 mentions section 101 which is cancelled or nullified or repealed.
  2. Section 48 mentions section 79 which is cancelled or nullified or repealed.
  3. The name -East Africa Power and Lighting Company- has been used in First schedule in paragraph 33 but we believe the company is the current KPLC.
  4. The tax laws amendment act 2020 has introduced Investment allowance in Part II Second Schedule which is also in Part V of same schedule by the name Investment deduction.
