communication in most pages. The feed is public and is unfiltered. We
do not bear any responsibility,
either legal or otherwise, for any social media posts. We advice our visitors to exercise a lot
of caution when making comments on

You should not post, upload or create any content that is unlawful, obscene, libellous, defamatory,
threatening, pornographic, vulgar, harassing, hateful, religiously or racially or ethnically
offensive, or encourages conduct
that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law in your country.
Contents with radicalization, extremism,
hate speech/message is also not allowed.
Indemnity to users:
If you drag ITAKenya into legal tussle caused by misuse of ITAkenya contents, you agree to indemnify ITAKenya against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of: exclusive reliance on our content and misuse of our services.
